It operates over 17,000 machines; supplying pub companies, breweries and independent pubs across the UK.
The Company contracts to supply machines to customers and to provide a complete management service, which includes breakdown maintenance, cash collections, machine monitoring and income management statistics. The maintenance service provides machine breakdown coverage from 10.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. for 364 days a year. Service engineers aim to visit a location within two working hours of a customer service call being received. Orb aims to have a 95 per cent. utilisation rate, with only 5 per cent. of the stock in the depots for repair or alteration.
